1. All terms of use of nntc.vn to book, pay for airline tickets and other services are posted on the nntc.vn website and provided by the nntc.vn support team.

2. The administrators of the nntc.vn website ("nntc.vn website") and the nntc.vn support center belong to Do Thanh Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company, headquartered at No. 14 Dien Bien Phu, Dien Bien Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi. Detailed information about the Company is available in the "Contact" section on the nntc.vn website.

3. nntc.vn provides airline ticket services to customers as a level 1 agent of domestic and international airlines and low-cost carriers (LCC). nntc.vn provides airline tickets to customers on behalf of airlines and signs transportation contracts with customers.

4. As an airline ticket agent, nntc.vn is not responsible for the level and quality of the performance of transportation contracts with customers (such as flight time, aircraft quality, etc.).

5. As a visa service provider, nntc.vn is only responsible for consulting and supporting the preparation of documents according to regulations as well as submitting visa applications and receiving visa results at the Consulate / Embassy. But is not responsible for the visa results (pass / fail) of the visa service users at nntc.vn.

6. The nntc.vn Support Center performs its responsibilities according to the Terms of Use of nntc.vn by phone or at the office of nntc.vn:

• From Monday to Friday every week from 08:00 to 23:00
  Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00.
• nntc.vn Support Center does not work on holidays and Tet.

Users, as defined by nntc.vn, are any individuals, legal entities or organizations without legal status using the services of nntc.vn.

7. The fare of an airline that the user must pay includes: the price of flights and other costs specified by the traditional airline or LCC ("Fare"). In addition to the Airline and LCC Fare, customers are also required to pay a service fee to nntc.vn ("Ticket Issuance Fee"). The total Fare includes the Fare and the Ticket Issuance Fee and is notified to the customer before payment.

8. The price of the visa service includes: visa fee according to the regulations of the Embassy of the country you want to apply for a visa and the service fee for visa application for nntc.vn. The price will be announced to customers before using the service.

9. Users are also required to pay a transaction fee to nntc.vn ("Service Fee") when performing transactions related to canceling airline tickets (or other services for tourists), or changing information on tickets (or other services for tourists) according to the regulations of each airline.

10. Regulations on user responsibilities

When accessing the website nntc.vn, you agree to accept all risks. nntc.vn is not responsible for any loss due to direct, incidental or indirect consequences, losses, costs (including legal fees, consulting fees or other expenses) that may arise directly or indirectly from accessing the website or when downloading data to the computer, losses caused by viruses, direct or indirect destructive actions of other computer systems, telephone lines, hardware, software, program errors, or any other errors; slow computer transmission or network connection.

2. BOOKING: is when users access the nntc.vn website or through the nntc.vn Support Center to buy airline tickets on traditional airlines according to the criteria (e.g. flight route, flight date) selected by the user.

3. ORDERING: is when users access the nntc.vn website or through the nntc.vn Support Center to buy airline tickets on LCCs. BOOKINGS on traditional airlines are also considered BOOKING REQUESTS if, for some reason beyond the control of nntc.vn, the BOOKING on traditional airlines cannot be made.

4. EXPRESS PURCHASE: is when users access the nntc.vn website or the nntc.vn Support Center to buy tickets with low-cost airlines (LCCs) or traditional airlines and make immediate payment.

5. All regulations related to BOOKING, BOOKING REQUEST and QUICK PURCHASE are updated on the website of nntc.vn.

6. Users need to read and accept the conditions related to BOOKING, BOOKING REQUEST and QUICK PURCHASE of airline tickets and other services on the website of nntc.vn.

7. LCCs are not required to comply with IATA's transportation regulations. The transportation regulations of LCCs depend on each LCC. These regulations are updated to users on the website of each LCC.

8. The content of the website nntc.vn is protected by law.

9. To make a RESERVATION, REQUEST FOR BOOKING and QUICK PURCHASE for services and airline tickets, the user needs to have an active email address and a phone number. The user agrees that all transactions of nntc.vn with the user will be conducted via the email and phone number that the user has registered with nntc.vn.

10. The user agrees to let nntc.vn use the personal information that the user has provided to nntc.vn within the permitted scope to make RESERVATIONS, TICKET REQUESTS and QUICK PURCHASES, including complaints about RESERVATIONS, TICKET REQUESTS and QUICK PURCHASES within the scope of nntc.vn's business.

11. The trade names, names, designs and brands posted on nntc.vn are protected by law. The user is not allowed to take any action that violates the intellectual property rights of the trade names, names, designs and brands on the nntc.vn website.

12. The user accepts that nntc.vn may provide to the competent authorities about illegal activities to penetrate the nntc.vn website.

Disclaimer

13. You or the person named on the air ticket must have all valid documents for air travel (ID card, passport, visa, etc.) at the time of BOOKING and QUICK PURCHASE.

14. You or the person named on the air ticket is responsible for not having an entry or transit visa as prescribed. You or the person named on the air ticket is responsible for finding out visa information before making a BOOKING and QUICK PURCHASE.

15. nntc.vn is not responsible in case BOOKING and QUICK PURCHASE cannot be made due to technical reasons (such as GDS system errors and low-cost airlines) and other force majeure cases.

16. Airlines are responsible for performing air transport services. nntc.vn is not responsible in the following specific cases:

• nntc.vn is not responsible for any flight delays, changes, cancellations or incidents;
• Quality of aviation services and related services (such as lost baggage);
• Incorrect promotional information provided by the airline;
• Customers who purchase tickets but do not arrive within the check-in time to board the plane;
• Customers who purchase tickets but do not use the tickets, do not carry out the itinerary according to the purchased ticket;
• Customers who purchase tickets but do not use the entire itinerary (for example, one-way for round-trip tickets);
• Customers who are refused transportation due to not having full personal documents as prescribed (no visa, no passport, identity card, documents when traveling with minors);
• All complaints related to the performance of the contract of carriage, the customer works directly with the airlines and the complaint must comply with the regulations of that airline.
• nntc.vn is not responsible for the flight choice of the Customer, the person whose name is on the airline ticket.

C. Booking air tickets and other services

Booking:

1. BOOKING: is when users access the nntc.vn website or through the nntc.vn Support Center to buy air tickets on traditional airlines according to the criteria (eg: flight route, flight date) selected by the user.

2. Users make BOOKING through the nntc.vn website or through nntc.vn by meeting in person or by phone. You agree to the Terms of Use of nntc.vn when making a BOOKING with nntc.vn

3. To make a BOOKING, you are required to provide data to nntc.vn:

• Your personal information, especially your full name, email address and phone number. In case you buy a ticket for someone else, you need to provide full personal information of the person who directly uses the ticket;
• Request for additional services (if you request);
• Necessary information to issue a VAT invoice;
• Payment method;

4. BOOKING may not be possible if you ignore the above items.

5. To make a BOOKING, you need to provide some information related to choosing a flight ticket such as:

• Departure and arrival places;
• Departure date, return date;
• Number of adults, including the elderly (60 years old and above), infants (0-2 years old), children (2-12 years old);
• Only choose direct flights;

6. When starting to BOOK, you need to check the accuracy of the data provided. When deciding to BOOK, you need to pay attention to information related to Ticket Price, Service Fee, Terms and Conditions of using airline tickets and Terms of Use of nntc.vn.

7. The ticket price that you receive from the website is built by nntc.vn, nntc.vn does not guarantee a fixed ticket price. At the time of ticket issuance, the ticket price will be guaranteed.

8. The ticket issuance deadline for BOOKINGS must comply with the deadline specified by the airline, you need to comply with this deadline.

9. After receiving the BOOKING confirmation, confirming that nntc.vn has received payment, if the ticket price or ticket issuance deadline changes, nntc.vn will notify you immediately. In this case, you have the right to: Accept to pay the difference in the BOOKING, make payment and issue the ticket or cancel the BOOKING. If you decide to cancel the BOOKING, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid to nntc.vn.

10. The BOOKING will be confirmed by nntc.vn by sending an email or SMS with the content including the Booking Code and all information related to the flight such as itinerary, total cost, payment method, etc. The BOOKING Code that nntc.vn sends to you is not an air ticket and is not valid for making the flight.

11. You will receive an electronic air ticket after making the payment. Any delay or lack of information may result in the BOOKING not being made.

Payment:

12. The User may pay using one of the payment methods listed in the Payment Methods page at https://nntc.vn/. The User understands that nntc.vn does not guarantee that all payment methods will be applicable to different BOOKINGS. The payment method for each different BOOKING may vary depending on whether the BOOKING is on a traditional airline or LCC. The payment method also depends on other factors of the BOOKING as well as on nntc.vn's policy on payment methods.

13. The User agrees that the payment date, unless otherwise specified in any other provision of the Terms of Use of nntc.vn, shall be understood as the date on which the Total Cost, including the Ticket Price and Service Fee of nntc.vn, is paid in cash or to one of nntc.vn's bank accounts and is made during nntc.vn's working hours. The working hours of nntc.vn are specified in clause A, section 6 of the Terms of Use. Details of the provisions relating to the payment date are specified in clause E of the Terms of Use - PURCHASE OF AIR TICKETS AND OTHER SERVICES.

Cancellation of booking:

14. You may cancel your BOOKING within the ticket purchase period, before the ticket is issued by contacting nntc.vn during working hours.

15. The airline may cancel the BOOKING within the ticket purchase period, before the ticket is issued due to some reasons from the airline or force majeure. If this happens, nntc.vn will notify you immediately.

D. Quick purchase of airline tickets

1. QUICK PURCHASE: You can purchase tickets through the website nntc.vn and make payment and receive tickets immediately at the time of purchase.

2. With this option, you can pay and issue tickets immediately without having to go through the RESERVATION step and make an appointment to pay later.

3. To make a QUICK PURCHASE, you need to provide the following information:

• Personal information: Full name, email, phone number and the person whose name is on the ticket;
• Information requested for additional services (if additional services are selected);
• Information for issuing VAT invoices;
• Payment method;
• Some information related to choosing airline tickets such as: Departure and arrival places, Departure date, return date; Number of adults, children, infants.

4. If you do not provide all the above information, QUICK BUY may not be possible. When starting QUICK BUY, you need to check and ensure the accuracy of the data provided.

5. nntc.vn will confirm your QUICK BUY by sending an electronic flight ticket to your email address. Specifically, the electronic flight ticket includes the following information: Ticket number, ticket price, itinerary, and other related information.

E. Cancellation of air tickets

1. The User agrees that traditional airlines as well as LCCs can cancel air tickets (Airlines or LCCs terminate the transportation contract) after the air tickets have been issued due to some subjective reasons from the Airlines or LCCs or due to force majeure reasons. Traditional airlines or LCCs are responsible for the cancellation of these air tickets. In case of receiving information about the cancellation of tickets from Airlines or LCCs, nntc.vn will immediately notify the User as well as the proposed solution of the Airlines or LCCs.

2. In case the traditional airlines or LCCs have conditions for ticket cancellation in the price list, the User has the right to cancel the ticket in accordance with those conditions (the User terminates the transportation contract).

3. In case of ticket cancellation, the Service Fees that the User has paid to nntc.vn will not be refunded.

4. To cancel a ticket, the User contacts the nntc.vn Support Center by phone or email.

F. Changing flight tickets

1. Airlines may change flight ticket information (e.g. departure time) after the flight ticket has been issued due to some subjective reasons from the airline or some force majeure reasons. In case of receiving information about the change as well as the proposed solution from the airlines, nntc.vn will immediately notify you.

2. In some cases, if the airline allows changing the passenger name, nntc.vn will change the name according to your request. You agree to pay the service fee for changing the passenger name to nntc.vn.

G. Protection of personal information

1. nntc.vn is the unit that manages the personal data of the User.

2. nntc.vn commits that the personal data of the User is used for the purpose of:

• Making RESERVATIONS, REQUESTING TICKETS and acting as an intermediary in signing transportation contracts and other tourism services according to the service purchase contract;
• Providing electronic services;
• Ensuring communication between the User and nntc.vn;

3. The User has the right to access the personal data provided to edit or request to stop processing this data.

4. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to carry out the above purposes.

5. nntc.vn commits that the processing of personal data of Users complies with the Law of Vietnam and nntc.vn will use the necessary technical solutions to ensure that personal information is not accessed illegally.

6. nntc.vn affirms that it does not process personal information that Users provide to payment systems.

7. Users can make any changes within the scope of their personal information by sending a request letter, along with the details that need to be changed to the following email address of nntc.vn: dothanh@nntc.vn

H. Complaints

1. Users have the right to complain about the services provided by nntc.vn.

2. The content of the User's complaint must include:

• Reason for the complaint;
• User information, including contact information and the complaint must be signed by the User;

3. nntc.vn will verify and respond to the complaint within 30 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

4. In case the complaint file does not meet the requirements as in section 2, the authorized representative of nntc.vn will immediately notify the User and guide the User to complete the complaint file. nntc.vn will only verify and respond to the complaint when the User completes the complaint file according to the requirements as in section 2.
